Unity Advisory is a pure-play, experience-led CFO advisory firm providing integrated finance, commercial, tax and deals support. Free from audit conflicts and AI-enabled by design, it combines deep technical expertise with automation, analytics and AI. The Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory team offers end-to-end support for companies on transaction and IPO journeys, covering IFRS, US GAAP and regulatory rules.
This hands-on role involves owning key workstreams across readiness, execution and post-transaction support. You will lead delivery on capital markets transactions and accounting advisory engagements, working across exchange requirements, IFRS, US GAAP and stakeholder reporting. Expect to challenge traditional ways and drive efficiency using data and automation.
Take a tech-first approach with standardised tools to reduce manual work and streamline processes. Build strong client relationships while acting as the main point of contact with auditors and advisors. Manage timelines, review outputs and ensure quality in a fast-paced environment focused on clarity and outcomes.

Requirements
- Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CPA
- Strong accounting, auditing and reporting experience
- Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Deep experience working on transactions and accounting advisory
- Comfortable leading delivery and managing teams
- Interest in improving processes and using technology
- Able to work directly with senior client stakeholders
- Clear and practical communicator
Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with clients
- Lead accounting workstreams
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, auditors, and other advisors
- Prepare and review financial information
- Take ownership of technical accounting positions across complex areas
- Support GAAP conversions
- Design and implement control frameworks, including SOX
- Use technology and automation to streamline reporting and delivery
