Lead or support audit teams on technology, financial, operational, and regulatory audits from planning to execution. Assess risks, evaluate controls, develop work programs, and document findings using leading practices. Identify observations, recommend solutions, and prepare meaningful reports.

The global Internal Audit team of 30 offers diverse qualifications and experiences in a fast-paced payments environment. Build relationships across business and IT functions while staying current on technology and auditing developments. Manage finding tracking and remediation testing proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, information systems, business intelligence, accounting, finance, or related discipline
  • One or more professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE, CISM, CISSP, or determination to pursue
  • Minimum of three years of experience, preferably in Fortune 500 or professional services firm
  • Desire to learn and ability to overcome challenges and adapt in fast-paced environment
  • Experience leveraging leading technology audit practices
  • Ability to foster professional relationships across Internal Audit, business, and IT
  • Knowledge of developments in technology, auditing standards, and payments industry impacts

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support audit teams during technology, financial, operational, and/or regulatory audits from beginning to end
  • Assess engagement level risks and evaluate and validate key controls
  • Develop audit work programs and document workpapers meeting professional and Worldpay methodology requirements
  • Conduct initial review of staff auditor workpapers for consistency and quality
  • Identify and communicate audit observations with recommended business-relevant solutions
  • Prepare well-written reports summarizing audit results
  • Proactively manage audit finding tracking and remediation testing
  • Lead or support special technology-based projects and department initiatives
