About this role

The Senior Manager, ETF Capital Markets leads Dimensional’s EMEA ETF capital markets team, overseeing the UCITS ETF platform. This role involves primary and secondary market monitoring, managing ETF ecosystem relationships, and collaborating on internal efforts to deliver Dimensional’s investment approach. Expertise in ETF capital markets and strong leadership skills are essential.

Monitor day-to-day ETF market quality including volume, primary flows, premiums/discounts, short interest, and borrow to identify trends. Work closely with the broker dealer community to promote efficient primary and secondary market activity in Dimensional UCITS ETFs. Lead design and adaptation of ETF capital markets workflows to EMEA markets.

Lead relationships with authorised participants, market makers, trading platforms, and exchanges. Manage vendors for pricing and trading data while contributing to new tools and processes. Provide education to clients on ETF liquidity and partner with internal groups to support business growth.

Serve as ETF expert for Dimensional’s EMEA offices and develop cross-collaboration across portfolio management, trading, and operations. Coordinate key initiatives within the ETF Capital Markets platform. Work closely with the Head of ETF Capital Markets on high-impact regional strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s or CFA preferred
Financial services experience with extensive UCITS ETF experience preferred
Alignment with Dimensional’s investment philosophy
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally; influence and collaborate effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills to present externally
Ability to drive results and operate independently
Expertise in ETF capital markets
Experience with the broader global ETF markets

Responsibilities

Ensure competitive ETF market quality in EMEA listings and monitor day-to-day volume, primary flows, premiums/discounts, short interest, and borrow
Work closely with the broker dealer community to promote efficient primary and secondary market activity in Dimensional UCITS ETFs
Lead design and adaptation of ETF capital markets workflows and processes to EMEA markets
Manage business processes and operational requirements for ETF Capital Markets platform
Lead relationships with partners in the ETF capital markets ecosystem including authorised participants, market makers, trading platforms, and exchanges
Provide education to clients, prospects, and intermediaries on ETF liquidity and trading costs
Serve as ETF expert for Dimensional’s EMEA offices and strengthen cross-collaboration across internal teams
Report on key performance indicators of market quality, flows, and business processes to global leadership
