In this role, prepare proposals, presentations and pitches to current and prospective clients. Assist team members in identifying potential new business by analysing client's financial profile and market variables. Support Senior M&A Specialists during end-to-end M&A deals execution.
Synthesize research information for modeling, competitive analysis, industry analysis and negotiation support. Develop financial models within guidelines provided by Senior M&A Specialists. Foster strong relationships across teams and geographies in a client-focused environment.
Build long-term professional relationships that add value to clients and expand business. Demonstrate proficiency in financial, valuation, and capital structure analysis with strong attention to detail. Act as a team player, motivating juniors and participating in team training.
Requirements
- Prior M&A experience in an advisory or investment banking role; with a focus on the digital infrastructure / TMT sector, and relevant deal experience
- Ability to build long-term, professional relationships that add value to the client and lead to the expansion of the business
- Ability to foster strong relationships between individuals and teams, across different geographies
- Highly proficient in financial, valuation, and capital structure analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in written and oral communications skills in English language; knowledge of other European languages beneficial
- Team player, motivating the juniors and actively participating in the training of the team

Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, presentations and pitches to current and prospective clients
- Assist other members of the team in identifying and exploring potential new business by analysing client's financial profile and market/industry variables
- Support Senior M&A Specialists during the end-to-end M&A deals execution, focusing on the elaboration of documents for external or internal use
- Synthesize research information to be used in modeling, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications
- Develop financial models within broadly defined guidelines provided by Senior M&A Specialists
- Support transaction execution for buy side, sell side and financing assignments
