About this role
The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team is focused on the Financial Services sector, providing financial due diligence services to clients across wealth management, insurance, banking, lending, payments services, and fintech. As a Manager, you will lead financial due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients.
You will take ownership of day-to-day project delivery, including client discussions, target business meetings, and liaising with the internal team. Preparing the analysis and report for the client deliverable and managing client take-on procedures are key responsibilities, and you will lead diligence meetings with the target and client.
The FS TAS team is an increasingly flexible and diverse team that truly values its people. We offer flexible working options such as reduced days, annualised days, or term time working, and a hybrid working model enables a mix of office, client, and remote working.
You will coach junior team members and provide oversight of their work, contributing to their development. You are encouraged to think actively about your own growth as an advisor, including developing areas of market interest and potentially a sector or service line focus.
