About this role

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be a trusted expert and first point of support for Wealth Managers. You’ll help them navigate front office systems, adopt best practice processes, and make the most of available tools. Your work directly influences their daily effectiveness.

You’ll design and deliver engaging training programmes, create clear materials, and provide ongoing coaching and hands-on support. Act as central contact for queries via drop-ins, mailbox, and intranet channels. Support onboarding for new Wealth Managers and RJIS cohorts.

Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, ICT, Risk, Front Office Support, and COO teams. Share improvement ideas, feedback, and resolve issues together. Bring subject matter expertise on front office tools and processes.

Capture feedback, analyse themes, and present actionable insights from MI reviews. Promote continuous improvement and enhance user experience. Champion Service 1st culture as a positive role model.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of front office operations, Wealth Manager workflows and the client journey
  • Experience delivering impactful training, support and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of Consumer Duty, Conduct Risk and client outcome principles
  • Background in Financial Services or Wealth Management (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver structured, engaging training programmes for Wealth Managers and IMAs
  • Create and maintain clear and accessible training materials, guidance, and knowledge base content
  • Offer ongoing coaching, refresher sessions and hands-on support to embed efficient ways of working
  • Support onboarding of new Wealth Managers and RJIS cohorts
  • Build trusted relationships and act as central point of contact for queries on systems and workflows
  • Collaborate with Technology, ICT, Operations and COO teams on system changes and user acceptance testing
  • Capture and analyse feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Review MI and present insights with actionable recommendations
