Join our dynamic team as a Junior Python Developer for significant impact in this fast-growing London-based fintech.
This role offers remote work flexibility with monthly visits to our Mayfair office. You'll work with Python3, mypy, and PostgreSQL on the backend, while our React and TypeScript frontend delivers an intuitive portal for client order capture and reporting.
Our clients include Private Equity funds, Asset Managers, listed Corporates, and high-growth tech companies. We connect cash-rich firms to institutional borrowers through new digital pipelines, addressing a global multi-trillion-dollar problem from offices in London and New York.

Requirements
- STEM Degree
- Experience with Python
- Experience or interest in finance
- Experience with Flask/Django or similar framework
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases
- Experience with Cloud (ideally AWS)
- Functional programming experience
Responsibilities
- Design and architect complex systems and applications for the Financial Operations team
- Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide project progress updates
- Optimise Python application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for scalability, responsiveness, and efficiency
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Python development and software engineering
