About this role

As a Market Facing Director in EY's Wealth & Asset Management Technology Consulting practice, you will drive market growth, client relationships, and large-scale transformation delivery across WAM clients. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery, shaping complex transformation programmes such as front-office platforms, data ecosystems, and operating model change.

Day-to-day, you will build and sustain trusted C-suite relationships with CIOs, COOs, and CTOs while originating and shaping complex deals and multi-year transformation programmes. You will lead business development, pipeline growth, and proposition development, elevating EY's brand through thought leadership and industry engagement.

You will work with leading asset managers, wealth managers, and investment platforms to deliver technology-enabled transformation at scale. You will define target state architectures and transformation roadmaps, develop robust business cases and value propositions, and advise on platform strategy including build vs buy, vendor selection, and integration approach.

This role offers the opportunity to play a central part in building EY's WAM Technology Consulting franchise, helping clients modernise investment platforms, data ecosystems, and operating models. You will navigate complex vendor and platform landscapes and enable AI-ready, scalable, and resilient technology environments.

Requirements

  • Deep domain and technical authority in WAM platforms and architecture
  • Proven ability to shape complex transformation programmes such as front-office platforms, data ecosystems, and operating model change
  • Experience navigating complex vendor and platform landscapes (e.g. Aladdin, front office, data platforms)
  • Strong track record in market leadership and pipeline origination
  • Ability to lead end-to-end transformation ownership from strategy to execution
  • Experience modernising investment platforms, data ecosystems, and operating models
  • Expertise in enabling AI-ready, scalable, and resilient technology environments
