About this role
The PwC Financial Services Tax team is the leading provider of tax services to the Financial Services sector in the UK. The national team delivers compliance, advisory and reporting across Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset Wealth Management and Alternative Investment Funds.
Senior Associates work with colleagues to deliver a wide range of tax services to UK and international clients. The role covers corporate tax advisory, transfer pricing, indirect tax, stamp duty and tax investigations.
FS Tax operates nationally from offices in London, Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester. The successful candidate will be willing to spend time with clients and colleagues across multiple locations while remaining location agnostic.
The role provides exposure to a wider variety of tax areas and significant development opportunities within a market-leading team supported by specialist groups in Private Client, Technology & Transformation and Transfer Pricing.
Requirements
- ACA/ATT/CTA qualification or international equivalent
- Good accounting knowledge
- Open to SA2s only
- May consider applicants who are not time qualified
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of tax services to UK and international clients
- Provide tax compliance, corporate tax advisory and transfer pricing support
- Support indirect tax advisory, tax reporting and strategy assignments
- Work across Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset Wealth Management and Alternative Investment Funds
- Collaborate with tax professionals within the team and at client sites
- Contribute to specialist areas including Private Client, Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing
