Alantra is an independent global financial services firm providing investment banking and asset management to mid-market companies. Join the Business Services team in the London office for early responsibility and direct exposure to senior bankers, clients, and investors on sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates.
Work across the full transaction lifecycle from origination to execution in the Business Services sector. Prepare and present business plans, information memoranda, and valuation materials alongside detailed financial analysis. Engage in significant client and investor interaction throughout mandates.
Operate in a lean deal team structure within a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. Support business development initiatives and origination efforts to drive team growth. Benefit from strong local presence and global sector-specialized teams.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience
- ACA qualification
- Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, ideally from start to finish
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively in small, high-performing teams
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
