The Valuation Manager will oversee financial analysis, industry, and market research to support various projects, with a specific focus in the financial services sector. This role is crucial in delivering work of exceptional quality and insight, liaising directly with internal and client management teams.
You will lead and supervise financial analysis and valuation modelling processes, oversee research on target industries and competitors, and conduct client interviews to gather pertinent data. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships is key, as is reviewing and presenting analyses within comprehensive written reports.

Requirements
- Extensive work experience in valuations, specifically in the Financial Services sector, ideally in a reputable accounting or advisory firm
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or CFA
- Degree in Economics, Maths, Finance, or Business; a postgraduate degree is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of valuation methods such as Discounted Cash Flow, Guideline Company, Guideline Transaction, Black-Scholes, and Monte Carlo
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Responsibilities
