As a Director you will be a client-facing professional involved in projects and business development activities from the outset. Project delivery includes understanding issues, project management, stakeholder engagement, document reviews, client interviews and drafting reports. You will lead a team while working independently on varied engagements.

Requirements
- Experience delivering regulatory and business change programmes for financial institutions.
- Strong background in governance, conduct, risk management frameworks and remediation programmes.
- Ability to lead project delivery including document reviews, client interviews and process walk-throughs.
- Proven capability in business development, proposal writing and client pitch meetings.
- Experience contributing to thought leadership and industry events in financial services regulation.
Responsibilities
- Work as a core member of the delivery team for client projects, leading a team while working independently on analysis, stakeholder engagement and report drafting.
- Lead and support business development activities including client sales meetings, proposal drafting and introductory pitch presentations.
- Utilise and develop your own network of industry contacts to generate sales opportunities for the Financial Services team.
- Act as a leader supporting consultants and senior consultants in their career development and building collaborative working relationships.
- Develop and contribute to thought-provoking collateral while designing, organising and participating in industry events to build the FTI brand.
- Identify and deliver cross service line engagements by building internal and external relationships across the global network.
