About this role
We're looking for an experienced risk management professional to join our Risk function. Support the delivery of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and risk oversight. Work closely with stakeholders to embed risk awareness and activities like deep dives, emerging risk, ORSA, risk appetite, and control effectiveness.
Support the Head of ERM in maintaining and enhancing the Risk Management Framework, owning assigned areas. Lead preparation of high-quality reporting for committees and stakeholders. Build collaborative relationships to understand priorities and emerging issues.
Provide review and challenge across processes, governance, and controls. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple initiatives. Enjoy collaboration, building relationships, and working with a talented team.
Champion a strong risk culture organisation-wide. Support ORSA, stress testing, and regulatory submissions. Monitor emerging risks and market trends for MS Amlin and the Lloyd’s market, fostering continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Support the Head of ERM and wider team in maintaining and enhancing the Risk Management Framework
- Lead preparation, coordination, and delivery of high-quality reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Provide effective review and challenge across processes, governance structures, and control environments
- Contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of the GRC system
- Support the ORSA process by leading key sections and providing insightful input
- Monitor emerging risks and market trends, assessing impact on MS Amlin and Lloyd’s market
- Prepare clear, concise, and impactful risk reporting for Senior Management and Committees
