Director - Consumer, Industrial & Retail, Corporate Banking

Join a leading Corporate Banking platform as a Director within the Consumer, Industrial & Retail (CIR) team, focused on clients in the UK and throughout Europe. This is a high-profile client coverage role where you will lead strategic relationships, originate and execute transactions, and drive revenue growth across a diverse portfolio.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across products and geographies, shaping complex deals and sector strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include structuring and executing lending and financing transactions, driving profitable cross-sell across Corporate & Investment Banking, Transaction Banking and Capital Markets products, and leading cross-functional deal teams from origination to delivery.

You will be part of a regional CIR coverage team within a global banking platform, collaborating with colleagues across products and geographies. The team is committed to an inclusive and high-performing culture, where you will mentor and develop Analysts, Associates and Associate Directors while contributing to talent development and hiring.
