As Client Audit Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of client audits across the Data & Analytics division. This role ensures technology, data and platform controls are understood, embedded and evidenced for clients, regulators and external auditors.

You will own end-to-end planning and execution of client audit programs, including scoping, evidence gathering, walkthroughs, control validation and reporting. Lead day-to-day management, scheduling and delivery of engagements, acting as primary representative to clients. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk & Compliance, Information Security and Customer-facing teams to drive audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience leading client audits in financial markets data and analytics
  • Deep knowledge of technology, data and platform controls for audit purposes
  • Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, Risk & Compliance and Information Security teams
  • Strong expertise in audit scoping, evidence gathering and control validation
  • Familiarity with regulatory and external audit requirements in financial services
  • Leadership skills in managing audit engagements and team coordination
  • Ability to demonstrate transparency and professionalism with clients
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and automation in audit processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management, scheduling and delivery of client audit engagements
  • Act as the primary representative to clients during audits, demonstrating expertise, transparency and professionalism
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of client audit programs, including scoping, evidence gathering, walkthroughs, control validation and reporting
  • Champion a culture of integrity, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Mentor junior team members, providing real-time coaching and constructive feedback
  • Support the team in adopting evolving audit standards, automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives
  • Deputise for senior leadership, including workload planning, prioritisation and delegation
  • Maintain a structured library of audit evidence and controls
