The role provides business management support to Europe Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, and Investment Banking. It acts as a liaison between front office businesses and the rest of the Bank. All business strategies, initiatives, projects, and operational issues are addressed and resolved.

Support Heads of CB and IB with strategic and business planning. Partner with infrastructure groups to implement plans and project manage initiatives like Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRAs). Develop presentations for senior management, town halls, and conferences.

Lead governance and compliance for CB/IB and GTB businesses, including drafting CIRAs. Ensure adherence to TPRA’s, RCSA’s, and BCM processes. Work alongside senior management daily with strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Experience in business management supporting corporate and investment banking
Knowledge of Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRAs), TPRA’s, RCSA’s, and BCM
Project management skills for banking initiatives and strategic plans
Ability to liaise between front office and infrastructure groups
Strong interpersonal skills for daily interaction with senior management
Proficiency in developing executive presentations and materials
Familiarity with vendor contracts and agreements in financial services
Accountability for governance functions like User System Access and Contract Review
