As a Strategy Consultant, you will work with leading corporate clients and investors, helping them tackle their toughest decisions. Engagements include a mix of corporate strategy such as growth strategy, market entry, pricing, commercial excellence, and product strategy. You'll also handle transaction-related work like commercial due diligence and pre- and post-deal value creation, in a varied, fast-paced environment.

The Financial Services team focuses on sub-sectors including Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management, Banking, and Banking & FinTech.

Requirements

  • Significant experience from strategy consulting firm or strategy position in industry, conducting and managing projects including commercial diligence, growth strategy, target operating model
  • Managerial experience of strategic commercial consulting or business development from large corporate Financial Services business
  • Experience within Private Equity in investment or operational role
  • Experience providing professional services to Financial Services organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to engage and communicate with senior business leaders
  • Excellent quantitative and written skills to build analyses with imperfect information
  • Healthy curiosity with disciplined approach to understanding and solving problems from first-principles
  • Comfortable under pressure, managing ambiguity, and adaptable to new industries

Responsibilities

  • Work with leading corporate clients and investors to tackle toughest decisions
  • Conduct corporate strategy projects including growth strategy, market entry, pricing, commercial excellence, and product strategy
  • Perform transaction-related work such as commercial due diligence
  • Support pre- and post-deal value creation
  • Assist leading businesses, private equity, and venture capital investors across the deal cycle
  • Focus on Financial Services sub-sectors like Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management, Banking, and Banking & FinTech
