Join one of five teams in the CMA stream: Corporate Finance for M&A and D&CA advisory, Acquisition Finance for LBO debt solutions, Debt Capital Markets for bond executions, Loan Syndication for EMEA distributions, or Loan Sales for investor interactions. Work as an integral team member delivering solutions. Cover sectors like Energy, TMT, Private Equity across EMEA.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated affinity for Corporate Finance and Capital Markets
  • Strong interest in M&A and Debt & Capital Advisory transactions
  • Affinity for leveraged finance and acquisition finance solutions
  • Interest in debt capital markets including high yield origination and liability management
  • Understanding of loan syndication and sales in primary and secondary markets

Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory services across M&A and Debt & Capital Advisory transactions including buy-side, sell-side, and project finance
  • Support PE and corporate clients with debt financing for LBOs and recapitalisations across industries
  • Execute bond transactions, advise on deal structuring, documentation, and prepare investor materials in Debt Capital Markets
  • Distribute loans in primary and secondary markets covering Leveraged Finance, Real Estate, and Financial Institutions
  • Interact with global loan investors including banks, insurers, and funds for primary syndications and secondary sales
  • Cover EMEA region across sectors like Energy, Commodities, Transport, TMT, Food & Agriculture
