About this role

Capco is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Business Consulting practice in London, with a dedicated focus on Capital Markets. You will lead complex, large-scale transformation programmes across front-to-back functions, partnering with clients in investment banking, markets, post-trade, and market infrastructure. Your Capital Markets expertise will drive strategic insight and measurable outcomes in high-impact environments.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream transformation programmes within Capital Markets environments. Guide and support matrix teams, including project managers, business analysts, and subject matter specialists across client engagements. Partner with senior stakeholders to define objectives, shape delivery strategies, and address complex challenges.

Operate confidently within complex organisational structures in client-facing consulting roles. Bring structured problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration, and emotional intelligence to ensure programmes meet timelines, budgets, and business outcomes. Work across agile and traditional delivery methodologies with a strong focus on outcomes.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading transformation programmes within Capital Markets (e.g., Front Office, Risk, Operations, Regulatory, Settlements, Post-Trade, or Market Infrastructure)
  • Proven consulting experience delivering large-scale, client-facing initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience collaborating with senior leadership across matrix organisations
  • Consulting capabilities including structured problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
  • Experience working across agile and traditional delivery methodologies, with a strong focus on outcomes

Responsibilities
