About this role
Our graduate scheme is a full-time programme designed to equip candidates with the skills they need to successfully develop the next generation of RegTech solutions. As part of our graduate cohort, you will gain exposure to and work on projects transforming the regulatory reporting landscape. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
The RegTech engineer is at the core of our product and key to achieving continuous business growth. RegTech engineers are comfortable writing code as well as discussing intricacies of consultation papers. This role suits developers with finance interest or finance professionals creating programs to automate work.

Build expertise through practical projects and cohort exposure. Develop skills blending coding and financial regulation knowledge. Contribute to innovative solutions in a growing fintech space.
Requirements
- Knowledge and practical use of GitHub (or Gitlab)
- Comfortable navigating Ubuntu and performing basic terminal commands (know what BASH is)
- Familiarity with a code editor (VSC, Atom, PyCharm, etc.)
- Python essential with scripts or personal projects (GitHub code a plus)
- Basic accounting or finance knowledge a plus (e.g. liabilities or coupon bonds)
Responsibilities
- Develop the next generation of RegTech solutions
- Work on projects transforming the regulatory reporting landscape
- Write code for RegTech products
- Discuss intricacies of consultation papers
- Automate financial reporting processes using Python
- Collaborate on regulatory technology innovations
- Contribute to codebase using GitHub
