Experienced Associates gain high exposure to clients and senior bankers, driving work forward in partnership with analysts. Perform complex financial modeling and apply valuation methodologies to synthesize findings. Identify data trends and articulate impacts to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity
  • Sell-side M&A Associate experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to perform quantitative analysis via financial modeling
  • Synthesize findings from complex analyses and valuation methodologies
  • Problem-solving and presentation skills to articulate data trends
  • Project management to lead workstreams and oversee juniors
  • Mature communication spoken and written to stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Drive deal work forward in partnership with analysts
  • Perform and synthesize findings from complex financial modeling
  • Apply valuation methodologies to analyses

  • Lead analytical work for live deal execution
