About this role
The Crown Estate seeks a skilled and motivated Investment Associate for our central Investment team. We plan to invest up to £400 million in infrastructure via our Supply Chain Accelerator and Supply Chain Investment Programme. This role supports the UK’s net zero transition, nature enhancement, and thriving communities.
You will lead financial analysis and modelling for investments in infrastructure, focusing on renewable energy supply chains and real estate. Manage due diligence processes and external advisors across legal, financial, and technical areas. Prepare investment papers and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements
- Experience in investment, development, corporate finance, or consulting for infrastructure or renewable energy projects
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex data
- Solid understanding of investment risks, structures, and partnership models
- Confidence in managing external advisors and contributing to transaction execution
- Collaborative mindset and desire to grow skills across different sectors and deal types
- Resourceful and accountable approach to work
- Commercial acumen to evaluate and assess opportunities
- Ability to distil complex information into clear insights
