This is more than a job. It’s a chance to build, grow, and make a real impact as Finance Business Partner. The role reports to a FBP Area Manager based in Belgium and offers progression in finance with a financial services software provider. Positions are open in both Bristol and London locations.
The Finance Business Partner will handle monthly closings and forecasts while ensuring validity and completeness of financial information within the UK Lending perimeter. Analysis of financial data is communicated to operational staff with dashboards that support management decision-making.
Cross-functional duties include setting up dashboards based on Group strategies and accounting information. The role implements compliance with policies and best practices while monitoring financial management procedures across payable purchases, collection, expense claims, and cash flow.

Requirements
- Experience in a similar Finance Controller or business partner position in an international environment with audit experience preferably from a big 4 firm
- Confident to work autonomously in a pan-European located team
- Accustomed to communicating and reporting to senior management and C-level executives
- Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI knowledge appreciated
- Basic level of French will be a plus
Responsibilities
- Be a real finance partner to the UK Lending Senior Leadership Team with guidance from the Senior Finance Business Partner
- Manage monthly closings and forecasts for the UK Lending perimeter
- Ensure validity and completeness of financial information within the UK Lending perimeter
- Communicate financial data analysis to operational staff and provide dashboards for management decisions
- Prepare financial reporting and monthly executive summaries for the Group
- Prepare the budget with operational teams, monitor achievement, interpret variances, and report to management
- Optimize, monitor, and control cash flow
- Coordinate Finance/BUC teams in the UK in close collaboration with the local accounting team
