About this role

Reporting to the reward senior manager, you will play a key role in embedding the Reward Strategy using your stakeholder management and analytical abilities. Key to this role is your ability to manage relationships with various business contacts and influence outcomes. This position demands strong influence in driving reward processes forward.

You will handle Salary Review project planning and management under the guidance of the Senior Reward Manager. Liaise with stakeholders including Talent, Finance, and Operations to deliver within timeframe and budget. Enable the business and HR Business Consultants on pay proposals with detailed analysis for Service Lines and Business Units.

Calculate bonus payments by modeling budgets, establishing affordability-based principles, and computing payments. Ensure Reward guidance remains up-to-date and manage consistent salary review communications to the business. Collaborate with teams to improve dataset collection quality and efficiency.

Conduct high quality analysis of Reward data to create insightful reports highlighting opportunities and risks. Lead new initiatives across the Reward space through ad-hoc projects and manage other Reward processes as required. Continuously improve analysis and reporting by gathering feedback from end-users.

Requirements

  • Extremely strong Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, report creation)
  • Strong analytical skills with methodical, problem-solving mindset, creativity, and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Highly numerate and comfortable with numerical data and analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality output
  • Good presentation skills to build summary reports (e.g. in PowerPoint)
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly and present information effectively orally and in writing
  • HR systems knowledge (SuccessFactors, PayScale)
