Requirements
- Proven track record in developing, managing, and implementing HR strategies across business areas
- Deep understanding of commodity lifecycle, trading P&L, risk management including VaR and hedging
- Understanding of impact of global events on market volatility
- Broad range of HR experience with mix of operational and strategic work
- Highly credible individual able to serve as strategic advisor in trading environment
- Educated to degree level
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted partner to Senior Traders and Heads of Desk, providing data-driven insights to influence business decisions, workforce planning, and organizational design
- Lead initiatives in organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation to improve efficiency
- Drive talent management strategies, including identifying high-potential employees and establishing robust succession plans
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to mitigate people-related risks, including conduct, regulatory changes, and employee relations
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce metrics to identify trends, pre-empt challenges, and measure program effectiveness
- Coach senior leaders to enhance people management capabilities and mentor junior HR team members
- Lead implementation of HR projects, procedures, and guidelines to align workforce with strategic goals
