This new role at Capital.com manages the development and delivery of learning activities to enhance skills and knowledge. It plays a crucial role in helping individuals grow within the organisation and develop the organisation further. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to implement tailor-made learning solutions company-wide.

Partner with managers and key stakeholders to develop career and development paths across all business areas. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings while owning the Learning Management System. Work closely with SMEs and external providers to support teams in effective training design.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar within a complex organisation
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Able to work closely with SMEs to support all teams in developing and designing effective trainings
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering management development trainings (online and offline)
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with sharp business acumen
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build rapport with colleagues at any level

  • Own the responsibility for the Learning Management System
