About this role
The HR Business Partner Senior Professional aligns human capital strategies with business goals through partnership with assigned business leaders. This role partners closely with business units to drive performance, talent development, and succession strategies. It uses data-informed insights and HR program execution to enhance workforce performance.
Serves as an HR advisor to business units, building deep business understanding and providing insights and coaching to leaders. Translates business strategies into HR priorities aligned with company vision. Collaborates with HR Networks of Expertise to deliver integrated solutions and policies.
Acts as a liaison between business units and HR NOEs for alignment in service delivery. Partners with HRBP leadership and Talent Management on acquisition, development, and retention. Monitors workforce data trends like attrition and compensation to inform decisions.
Implements strategic workforce plans and advises on build/buy/borrow talent decisions. Supports change management strategies and organizational design for business transformation. Fosters culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in assigned units.
