Under supervision of senior team members, lead preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials. Gather public information through numerous sources and analyse company performance on absolute and relative basis. Lead valuation work using methodologies like DCF, LBO, and multiples, ensuring robust financial models.

Draft teasers and Confidential Information Memorandums for sell-side assignments under senior guidance. Assist in deal execution and liaise with clients when required in coordination with seniors. Manage and provide training to Analysts and Interns within a high-pressure team environment.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience in similar M&A role within investment bank, Big-4, M&A boutique/consultancy
  • Graduate degree
  • Proven experience in working in M&A assignments
  • Proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge in Corporate Finance and Accounting analysis
  • Strong knowledge and application skills of main company valuation methods (DCF, LBO analysis, Multiples)
  • Fluency in English essential; right to work in the UK
  • Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail; ability to work in high pressure environment and tight deadlines
