DA&R operates as a fully-integrated part of Global Advisory, collaborating with M&A and Global Markets Solutions teams. It benefits from market-leading position as Europe’s largest placer of private credit and advisor to top corporates and PE sponsors like Ares, Apollo, Blackstone. Clients include Wimbledon, Porsche, Burberry, and others.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of leveraged finance markets including private equity and private credit
  • Understanding of capital structures, TLB, high-yield bonds, and structured instruments
  • Experience in debt advisory, origination, or related financial services
  • Proficiency in financial modeling for LBOs and financing scenarios
  • Ability to analyze complex deals across sectors and capital structures
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills for pitch books and market updates
  • Client-facing experience with PE sponsors or non-investment grade corporates

Responsibilities

  • Support senior team members in relationship management with direct exposure to C-Suite at corporates and senior Private Equity professionals
  • Take ownership of direct junior-level client interactions
  • Work directly with a broad client base of private equity sponsors and corporates
  • Design and execute strategic financing solutions for large and mid-cap private equity investors
  • Advise on leveraged finance, private credit, capital markets, and structured capital across Europe
  • Collaborate with M&A sector and Global Markets Solutions teams on deal execution
  • Originate new clients and handle high-profile leveraged finance transactions
