You'll be working in the Investment Banking team in London. UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager. We operate through four business divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management and the Investment Bank.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience with valuation techniques including DCF and comps
- Familiarity with M&A processes and capital markets
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for pitch materials
- Analytical mindset for deal analysis
Responsibilities
- Build financial models for M&A transactions and valuations
- Prepare pitch books and client presentation materials
- Conduct industry and comparable company research
- Perform due diligence on potential deals
- Support execution of investment banking transactions
- Analyze financial statements and projections
- Assist in capital raising through ECM and DCM
