About this role

The internship program is designed for students and recent graduates pursuing careers in Investment Banking within a dynamic advisory team. The inaugural European office, established in April 2023, provides a unique entrepreneurial opportunity.

The Lifesciences Team advises clients in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare services, medical devices, and tools and diagnostics on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and strategic transactions. Interns work as junior analysts on strategic advisory, M&A, and financing transactions. They gain meaningful exposure to senior bankers and client representatives while building relationships with junior bankers globally.

Interns perform company and industry research, prepare client presentations, support financial modeling, and conduct valuation analyses like discounted cash flow and multiples. They interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants in an entrepreneurial environment valuing initiative and creativity. A genuine interest in the Healthcare sector is highly valued.
