The ING UK Graduate Programme delivers 12 months of hands-on experience across Financial Markets Front Office or Support & Control streams. Participants work as an integral part of a team delivering solutions in a chosen department while gaining broad exposure to banking.

In the Capital Markets & Advisory stream graduates join Corporate Finance Acquisition Finance Debt Capital Markets Loan Syndication or Loan Sales. Activities include M&A and debt advisory LBO financing bond execution and primary or secondary loan distribution across EMEA sectors.

The London teams cover Energy Transport TMT Private Equity and Financial Institutions. Graduates execute transactions advise on structuring and prepare investor materials while interacting with sophisticated investors and supporting sector lending teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated affinity for Corporate Finance and Capital Markets
  • Strong interest in banking and financial markets
  • Ability to work across multiple sectors including Energy Commodities and TMT

Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory services across M&A buy-side sell-side and Debt & Capital Advisory transactions
  • Support PE and corporate clients with debt financing solutions for LBOs and recapitalisations
  • Execute bond transactions and advise clients on deal structuring and documentation
  • Prepare investor materials for High Yield Sovereign and Liability Management deals
  • Distribute loans in primary and secondary markets across Leveraged Finance Real Estate and Corporate transactions
  • Interact with global loan investors including banks insurers and pension funds for debt distribution
