Create monthly, quarterly and yearly financial models and reports of hotel assets. Conduct strategic positioning and operational performance reviews, along with review and assessment of hotel profitability benchmarked against market norms. Prepare analysis for yearly budget negotiations with hotel operators and market commentaries.

Prepare Asset Management presentations and proposals while working closely with all stakeholders of hotel assets in the best interest of hotel ownership. Work both independently and as part of a team depending on project scale, and seamlessly with the wider JLL EMEA team across business lines. Assist the Asset Management EMEA team in developing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Exceptional financial modelling, analytical and research skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills for key client and stakeholder management
  • Collegial and team-oriented profile eager to learn and develop
  • Thrives in fast-paced, multitasking environment with ability to manage priorities and projects
  • Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in hospitality / business management from major hotel management school / university
  • Previous experience in hotel asset management, investments, finance or revenue management
  • Hotels / hospitality sector experience with advanced understanding of hotel operations
