About this role
As an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team, you will work across multiple sub-sectors covering banks, insurance, FinTech, asset management, and specialty finance companies across the EMEA region. You will provide key analytical support and contribute to transaction execution and origination efforts. This includes mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets transactions, and leveraged buyouts.
Your day-to-day involves delivering financial solutions to a range of clients and offering advisory and analytics services in major capital markets. You will support teams in providing comprehensive coverage across EMEA FIG verticals. Strong technical execution ensures seamless deal processes from origination to close.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong technical skills, including valuation/financial modelling, accounting
- Solid understanding of FIG verticals
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus

- Prepare valuation and financial modeling for deal execution
