The Investment Associate (Seed) will help lead sourcing and thematic research for Giant’s Seed fund. You will attend all investment committees and roll up your sleeves to help build the firm. This role offers space to contribute to strategy during rapid growth.

Requirements
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and rigour
- Hustle, urgency, and stamina
- Bold but humble
- Creative entrepreneurship as a self-starter
- High EQ with excellent critical judgement and intuition
- Strong networking skills
- Genuine passion for technology, startups, and mission-driven entrepreneurship
- Minimum 2-4 years of work experience
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing for Giant’s Seed fund
- Conduct thematic research on climate, health, and inclusive capitalism
- Attend all investment committees
- Analyze potential investments with quantitative and qualitative rigour
- Network to identify purpose-driven founders
- Support pre-seed and seed investment decisions
- Dive into raw data for deeper analysis
