About this role
We are seeking an EMEA Senior Reward Manager to join the team in London. You will provide strategic guidance on reward equity and bonus policy development, ensuring compliance and efficient process design, particularly for internationally mobile employees. Advise and guide business leaders on reward and benefit plans to drive performance.
Lead clients through the annual salary and bonus review process while managing projects to operationalise reward strategy. Deliver cross-border tax and social security compliance using technology to optimise processes. Conduct market analysis for salary ranges, bonus targets, and equity guidelines across EMEA.
Support People team colleagues with data analysis to resolve complex issues and enable sound decisions. Present insights effectively to the People team and business leaders. Participate in pay equity and statutory reporting initiatives throughout the region.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the reward proposition backed by market intelligence and data-driven insights. Develop incentive schemes that align with business goals. Ensure payroll compliance and process implementation for reward and benefits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in reward and benefits, gained in a corporate or consulting environment
- Highly analytical with experience working with large data sets
- Experience in pay benchmarking, job grading and recognition
- Excellent data management skills with proven analytical support to HR and stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills with excellent attention to detail; Power BI preferred
- Experience with benefits management preferred
- Global mobility experience preferred
- Excellent time management, prioritisation in fast-paced environment, and exceptional client relationship skills
