About this role
We are seeking a Senior KYC Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to support a large-scale Know Your Client (KYC) project for a leading financial institution. Based in London, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of KYC files. This ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining efficiency and quality in a fast-paced project environment.
Conduct end-to-end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews across various jurisdictions and entity types. Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations by identifying and addressing any gaps in documentation. Perform screening checks for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media using third-party tools.
Handle client servicing, client integration, and relationship management throughout the KYC process. Engage with internal stakeholders, including Front Office and Compliance teams, to facilitate the completion of KYC files. Maintain a consistent and high-quality approach while meeting strict project deadlines.

Requirements
- Proven background in KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases in a high-volume environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Fin Crime industry standard frameworks, policies, procedures and processes
- Experience conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high-risk entity types
- Experience working within a consultancy and/or service provider environment
- Experience working within investment and corporate banking
