We are seeking a talented individual to join our Specialty Central Data team at Marsh UK. This hybrid role in London requires at least three days a week in the office. It focuses mainly on business analytics, with data product development and architecture design.

Deliver data projects tailored for Specialty business units to enhance value and automate manual processes. Work with senior team members to build relationships and gain business understanding. Engage stakeholders to translate requirements into technical, data-driven solutions.

Coordinate Specialty data projects as an intermediary between local business units and Mumbai technical teams. Design, develop, and deploy dashboards and reports for audiences from senior executives to the wider division. Support is available through the Central UK Specialty Data Team.

Requirements

Identify efficiencies in the data collection process where applicable
Excellent communication skills to build trust and relationships
Communicate key findings and potential issues to various functions, utilising analytical expertise
Curious mindset to question the status quo and suggest improvements
Demonstrate adaptability and effectively leverage skills across the team
Stay curious and informed about new technologies and industry trends
Insurance knowledge or experience
Think outside the box and assist the businesses with their growth targets

Responsibilities
