As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, act as a tactical and operational enabler for experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partners. Own the operational and administrative backbone of recruitment to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience. Work cross-functionally with HR Operations and HR Business Partnering for seamless processes.
Handle key tasks like end-to-end interview scheduling, managing recruitment inboxes, ATS data in Workday, and onboarding coordination. Exercise sound judgement to act independently or escalate, while managing competing priorities with attention to detail and diplomacy. Communicate clearly and professionally across stakeholders and time zones.

Requirements
- Sound judgement to act independently and escalate appropriately
- Clear and professional communication while managing competing priorities

- Proficiency in ATS systems like Workday for data management and reporting
- Experience coordinating diaries and interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Proactive approach to chasing actions and enhancing candidate experience
- Enthusiastic and innovative mindset for streamlining recruitment processes
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling and rescheduling across multiple roles and stakeholders
- Coordinate availability between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels across time zones
- Manage shared recruitment inbox, responding to candidate and stakeholder queries within service levels
- Proactively chase actions such as interview feedback, availability requests, and outstanding documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, data quality standards, and audit requirements in Workday
- Maintain clean data and produce regular recruitment activity and status reports
- Act as bridge between Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for smooth onboarding
- Coordinate pre-employment processes
