You may be our new Investment Associate, responsible for your own portfolio and the entire deal journey from sourcing to closing.
As Investment Associate, you will create a continuous and high-quality deal flow while analyzing business plans, markets, and teams. You will ensure fast decision-making to close the right deals on time with partners. This role demands handling everything from initial sourcing to final investment rounds.

Responsibilities
- Ensure CVX sees and is offered all interesting deals in the market
- Create a continuous and high-quality deal flow
- Analyze companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions
- Negotiate term sheets and ensure CVX wins the best investment opportunities
- Present investment opportunities to the investment committee
- Run investment processes with partners and close investment rounds
