Requirements

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds and/or market making
  • Expertise in implementing the proposed investment strategy and related markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to build and grow an investment strategy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capacity for continuous growth and evolution
  • Unwavering passion for financial markets and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proposed investment strategies across global markets and instruments
  • Trade in a variety of macro, systematic and event-driven strategies
  • Refine investment skills through immersive exposure and intensive training
  • Build and grow a personal investment strategy with entrepreneurial focus
  • Work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across global offices
  • Submit detailed investment track records and strategy outlines as part of ongoing development
