The Senior Compliance Officer supports the Head of Compliance on all UK regulatory matters in line with FCA regulations.
Day-to-day involves assisting with compliance aligned to regulatory, legal requirements, and company policies. This includes performing risk assessments, drafting reports to the FCA, and maintaining oversight of Compliance registers. Desk-based reviews ensure adherence to the Compliance Monitoring Program.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-performance environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong drive for excellence and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day compliance in line with regulatory and legal requirements and company policies and procedures
- Perform risk assessments in relation to compliance risks
- Assist in drafting compliance related reports to the FCA
- Draft, modify and implement company policies, procedures and handbooks to reflect best practices and regulatory changes
- Research, identify and report on compliance matters from new legislation or best practices
- Maintain oversight of relevant Compliance registers
- Assist in Compliance function’s strategic planning and decision making
- Liaise with auditors/examiners during compliance audits/examinations
