About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to lead portfolio monitoring and pricing decisions, working closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Risk, and Capital. The role requires a strong strategic mindset to balance commercial objectives, risk tolerance, and financial outcomes.

The Capital Markets team manages relationships with institutional investors deploying capital via the YouLend platform. Daily work involves tracking investment mandate performance, identifying early market trends, and deploying and reporting on individual portfolios.

Core activities include monitoring portfolio performance across products and vintages to ensure alignment with mandates and covenants. The position also requires automating financial models and reporting processes while maintaining data accuracy and solidifying model assumptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, Fintech or a similar industry
  • Proven experience collaborating across multiple business units
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and SQL
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and familiarity with business intelligence software

Responsibilities

  • Monitor portfolio performance across products and vintages, ensuring alignment with capital mandates and covenant requirements
  • Identify trends, risks, and return drivers to inform pricing and portfolio decisions
  • Automate financial models and manual reporting processes while upholding data accuracy
  • Own external client data requests and inquiries, including ongoing troubleshooting and tie-outs
  • Liaise with Technology, Data and Operations leadership to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
  • Track performance of investment mandates and deploy and report on individual portfolios
