The Metropolitan team, started in 2021, focuses on Logistics & Industrial, creating the Axel Logistics platform. Support its growth and expansion into other sectors. Leverage ICG's global platform to lead in the upper-mid market over five years.
Investment targets corporate/platform deals and special situations/structured equity in European mid-market, seeking over 15% IRR. Adopt a hands-on cradle-to-grave approach across origination, asset management, and sale. Contribute to all facets of investment and capital raising.
The London-based role involves frequent international travel. Benefit from a flat structure with senior exposure and professional growth. Access ICG Real Estate’s Strategic Real Estate programme in NNN leases for Logistics, Grocery, and Leisure.
Requirements
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Knowledge of European real estate markets
- Experience in logistics and industrial sectors
- Understanding of value-add and opportunistic strategies
- Proficiency in market research and trends
- Ability to analyse investment opportunities
- Familiarity with private equity deal structuring
- Skills in scenario and comparable analysis
Responsibilities
- Research new investment ideas and strategies
- Research investment trends and markets
- Build and maintain relationships with market participants
- Analyse new investment opportunities including financial modelling
- Conduct scenario analysis and market research
- Perform comparable analysis for underwriting
- Support asset management from origination to sale
- Contribute to capital raising processes
