About this role
Unbiased connects people with trusted financial advisers, mortgage brokers, and accountants for impartial advice tailored to individual needs. This role leads B2B demand generation across UK and US markets, driving growth via paid and organic channels, CRO, and strategic outbound including ABM. It handles end-to-end campaign execution, performance reporting, and budget management while partnering with sales and senior leadership using data-driven insights.
You'll develop and execute demand generation strategies, optimise performance across PPC, LinkedIn, Paid Social, and Organic channels, and lead B2B CRO on key landing pages with A/B tests. Define high-priority audience segments, plan multi-touch ABM campaigns, and create personalised messaging and sales enablement materials. Track KPIs, measure ROI, and use data to influence budgets and strategies.
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and CRO teams for an aligned go-to-market approach. Partner with the B2B marketing lead to present strategies tying efforts to business objectives. Foster a collaborative, goal-driven culture within the marketing team.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading B2B demand generation in UK and US markets
- Expertise optimising PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Paid Social, and organic channels
- Strong background in conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing for B2B landing pages
- Experience planning and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound campaigns
- Skilled in developing personalised messaging and sales enablement for buyer journeys
- Proficiency in KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and data-driven budget decisions
- Ability to align marketing with sales priorities and revenue goals
