In this role, you'll join our dedicated Wealth Management Team focused on the Premium & Private Segment (clients with £100k+ investments). You will guide premium clients through their investment journey using remote channels like telephone, video call, chat, and email.
Your day-to-day involves conducting portfolio reviews, using Cashcalc cashflow modelling tools, and building financial plans. You'll keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated and engage proactively to achieve agreed targets while maintaining high service quality.

Requirements
- Level 4 IAD qualification or equivalent.
- Experience managing relationships with premium or high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency with cashflow modelling tools (e.g., Cashcalc).
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills for portfolio review and performance analysis.
- Ability to work effectively through remote channels (telephone, video, chat, email).
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assets for premium and private clients through email, phone, and video calls.
- Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact.
- Proactively engage with the client base to achieve agreed-upon targets while maintaining high quality.
- Keep the CRM database (Salesforce) updated with all client contact.
- Use cashflow modelling tool Cashcalc to prepare cashflows for clients.
- Conduct portfolio reviews, analyzing performance and asset diversification given the selected risk level.
- Collaborate within the Premium & Private Wealth Management Team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
