The Technology Business Partner ensures awareness of technology products and services while supporting the growth of new and existing clients. You will drive adoption of existing solutions and align new technology projects with business expectations.

Technology Business Partners act as front-line evangelists of the Technology Solutions team. You will work with assigned practice groups to support technology enabling projects in business plans and drive innovation to help transformation.

This role offers a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two from home within a standard 35-hour week. As an inclusive employer we consider all flexible working requests.

Requirements

Extensive experience in a Technology Business Partner, Technology Change or Product Solutions role supporting current technology solutions and driving innovation
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship skills with a consultative advisory style
Experience working closely with Technology Delivery teams to support projects, clarify expectations and resolve issues
Ability to make informed decisions on what key stakeholders and clients will find most useful
Experience managing multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams including non-technical partners
Demonstrable commerciality with the ability to prove return on investment and business impact of new technology innovations

Responsibilities
