About this role
As a Talent Acquisition Intelligence Analyst, you’ll support the research and development of strategic talent sourcing strategies. Conduct best in class talent sourcing and pipelining leveraging data to drive key decisions and recommendations. You will fill a new role on a broader TA team within our People Experience department.
You’ll be the engine behind compelling campaigns that connect the right people to the right opportunities. Support the roll out of multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards, social platforms, email, and our careers site. Run A/B tests to optimize messaging and formats.
Collaborate with TA Leaders, Partners, Coordinators, HR Communications, and HR Analytics across multiple global locations. Analyse campaign performance and candidate funnel metrics to uncover insights. Conduct market research to track hiring trends and understand the competition.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, recruitment marketing or a similar role
- Strong command of recruitment marketing tools (job boards, social platforms) and marketing analytics platforms (like Google Analytics) preferred
- A creative, analytical, and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong cross-functional partnerships
Responsibilities
- Support the research and analysis of innovative recruitment marketing strategies that attract and engage top-tier talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and fine-tune job ads and sourcing strategies
- Offer market insights and competitor intel to ensure we're always one step ahead
- Support the roll out of multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards, social platforms, email, and our careers site
- Run A/B tests to optimize messaging and formats
- Analyse campaign performance and candidate funnel metrics to uncover what’s working and where to pivot
- Conduct market research to track hiring trends, understand the competition, and uncover new candidate engagement tactics
