We're hiring a Marketing Automation & Demand Generation Lead—Senior Manager to drive adoption and evolution of marketing automation across the business. This pivotal new role in our Marketing team supports ambitious growth targets and 'One Firm' ambitions.
You'll lead development and execution of a firm-wide marketing automation strategy for smarter, data-driven engagement. We've unified our data to deliver differentiated client experiences based on behavioural triggers. Now we need a leader to champion an 'automation-first' mindset across marketing, BD, and client teams.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Marketing, BD, Digital, and Data to embed automation into strategic initiatives. Own campaign frameworks, lead management processes, and governance including lead scoring. Drive integration into ABM strategy for personalised, scalable client engagement.
Leverage client insights and behavioural data to inform campaigns and investments. Build and lead a high-performing marketing automation team while mentoring colleagues. Stay ahead of marketing technology, AI, and automation trends to enhance capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading marketing automation and demand generation strategy in a complex, matrixed organisation—ideally within professional services or B2B
- Deep expertise in platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (and/or HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a track record of driving change
- Strong project management capabilities—able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver at pace
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and performance measurement
- Experience working with offshore or distributed teams across time zones
