About this role
At ING the Graduate Programme in Capital Markets & Advisory delivers 12 months of hands-on work across advisory and financing teams. Graduates join Corporate Finance, Acquisition Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Loan Syndication or Loan Sales and contribute directly to live transactions in the EMEA region.
Day-to-day work includes preparing investor materials, supporting deal structuring and documentation, and executing bond or loan transactions. Graduates advise clients on M&A mandates, leveraged buy-outs, high-yield issuance and liability management while interacting with banks, insurers and institutional investors.
Teams operate in a collaborative, flexible environment that values integrity and individual working styles. Graduates sit within specialist desks covering Energy, TMT, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Financial Institutions, gaining exposure to both primary syndication and secondary loan sales.
